A vehicle was seized by Cavan Roads Policing Unit on Tuesday night after it was discovered the driver was disqualified from driving.
The roads policing unit were carrying out an Operation Fanacht checkpoint on the N3 at Killygarry, when they stopped the vehicle in question.
Through the use of the Garda Mobility App, gardaí were alerted to the fact that the motorist had been disqualified from driving.

The driver is due in court in relation to the incident.
