New guidelines have been published to offer some insight for separated parents on how to deal with access to children.
The Law Society of Ireland, in collaboration with the Family Lawyers Association, has developed new guidance for parents and solicitors in relation to access in the context of Covid-19 restrictions.
Many parents have come forward raising issues and confusion with how to comply with Court orders or general access to children.
