A number of sites across the Carrickmacross and Castleblayney Municipal District have been closed following complaints to the Council and the gardaí.
The main gates to the Lough Muckno / Hope Castle grounds have been closed.
Elsewhere, a decision has been made to block access to the Astro pitch at the base of the Convent Lands in Carrickmacross.

It follows an incident wherein a large group of teenagers gathered at the site.
Speaking on The Wider View, Sinn Féin Councillor Colm Carthy explained what the closures mean, and he also urged younger people to be mindful of those who are more vulnerable to Covid-19:
