A Monaghan man is embarking on a unique journey.
Diarmuid Montgomery McClery is going to hitch-hike around Ireland with no money and carrying a microwave.
He’s doing it all for Jigsaw which is a mental health charity.

Diarmuid will start his journey tomorrow in Ballinasloe in County Roscommon and then hitch hike to every county in Ireland without spending any money.
He joined Caroline Gauley today on The Wider View and started by explaining a little bit more about what he's doing:
