LISTEN BACK: Calls for emotional counselling to be introduced in schools

There are calls for emotional counselling and therapeutic supports to be introduced in schools.

Ógra Fianna Fáil's Equality Officer, and Cavan native, Seána Brady made the proposal at the senior parliamentary party meeting on Wednesday.

She says on-site counselling should be made available, as the pandemic has magnified the mental health challenges faced by children.
