With the ongoing pandemic there's understandably been a lot of focus on looking after your physical health.
But we're being urged to look after our mental wellbeing too as the daily struggles we face can be compounded during this time.
The HSE, GAA and NEPS have come together to organise a mental wellbeing webinar on Monday evening for people in the local region. Eddie Butler spoke to Dr Aedamar Bergin from the HSE to find out more:
