By request: Cavan artist takes part in Incognito art auction

Part two of the Incognito art sale sold out in 28 minutes today.

More than 140,000 euro has been raised for the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation through the event.

Paintings by Bono, and Bruce and Patti Springsteen sold for 50 each.

The catch of the initiative is that the identity of the artist is not revealed until the purchasers receive their artworks in the post.

Cavan's Juliana Gillbride was one of the local artists involved in the auction, and speaking on The Wider View, she started by explaining what it's like to be part of the event.
