The GAA rounders all Ireland finals postponed from 2020 have been re-scheduled for next month. Carrickmacross Emmets from Monaghan will contest a first ever men's senior final when they face Glynn/Barntown of Wexford at the GAA National Development Centre in Abbotstown on Sunday the 13th of June. Having seen the decider postponed last year due to Covid 19 restrictions, the Emmets have had to wait almost 8 months for their opportunity to compete and member of the team Ronan Kieran acknowledge some of the momentum from their semi final win would be lost as well as match day practice, but it will be the same for both teams
Cavan representatives Erne Eagles, will contest the mixed senior final also against Glynn/Barntown of Wexford on the same day at the same venue.
