Leona Maguire with plenty plenty to do in final round

Leona Maguire sits in 18th place after Round 3 at the Tokyo Olympics. The Cavan Golfer posted a round of 70 to sit on 5 under, but it could have been so much better. Having taken 4 birdies in her opening 8 holes to move well inside the top 10, a triple bogey on the par 4 nine, seen all that hard work been undone, with a further bogey on the 12th been cancelled out with a birdie on the 17th. American Nelly Korda continues to dominate the top of the leader board as she sits on 15 under with Leona requiring a strong final round to get close to the medal positions which are currently 5 shots clear off her. It was better news for Stephaine Meadow who sits joint 10th after her 3rd round of 68 sees her on 7 under and just 3 shots of the medal positions going into her final round tomorrow.
