Former Monaghan Town player Scarrlett Herron has been named the EA Sports U17 national league of Ireland womens player of the month for July. Scarrlett who now plays her football for Peamount United, has had a busy couple of weeks not only in soccer but also on the GAA front as she helped her local club Monaghan Harps to a minor championship title and the senior panel to a Division 3 league title.
