Seamus Mc Enaney to remain on as Monaghan manager

The Banty returned for a 2nd stint as manager in 2019.

Monaghan county board have confirmed that Seamus Mc Enaney and his backroom team will remain for a 3rd year. The Banty took over the regins of the Farney county for a 2nd time at the end of 2019 and has kept the side in Division 1 football for next year while they were defeated by eventual all Ireland winners Tyrone in this years Ulster final in Croke Park. It has not all been plain sailing for the Corduff club man who served a 12 week suspension in the early part of the year following a breach of Covid 19 regulations in regards to team training.
